Good evening Sir,
I am favoured with your e mail regarding the matters associated with Mr.
Willaert.
There seems to be some sort of confusion here as the gentleman who I understood
to be dealing with was not licensed and if that is a confusion as a result of
my mis-understanding then I will and do, naturally apologise unreservedly both
to him, your good self and the Amps Network subscribers.
I have no intention of bringing into disrepute another amateur and my caution
has been profound since I was taken for a ride for a matter of approaching one
thousand pounds sterling a couple of years back. I hasten to add that this was
not in ANY way concerned with the Mr. Willaert to whom you refer and since then
I have been more than skeptical as to who I will deal with. You will doubtless
be aware that these things happen.
I should mention I feel that the person I thought I was dealing with was named
Wilaert which only adds to my confusion.
Having thus offered my apology, I can offer no other explanation and I trust
that this will fully ameliorate the situation that I have inadvertantly created
through possibly being over-cautious and too hasty in my condemnation
illadvisedly.
Under the circumstances, I offer my resignation to the controlling member of
the Amps network should he so wish it as a subscriber to the network and if it
is the general will of the other members then I will most certainly do the
honourable thing and withdraw.
I consider that there is no room for anyone in this life who creates situations
thoughtlessly and which could reflect to disadvantage on others and therefore
I am at the disposal of the network and I therefore reluctantly await their
decision.

It seems utterly unethical to attack Marc in such a way.
What I have discoverd, is a certain GW3WEQ who should think twice and check
