This is CORRECT!

However, with a 30-ft run of #10 Cu, R is c. 0.031Ω, so at enough current to trip the 30A circuit breakers, there could be a few tenths of a volt drop in the neutral wire for a few seconds until the breakers trip. Thank you, Mr. Ohm.
