Have the same problem with the Harbach replacememnt TR relay in my converted
SB-220, and am planning the same attack with the emery cloth once I get back
from holiday vacation. Was considering buying a contact burnishing tool from
McMaster-Carr, but since I have some fine-grade emery cloth, I figured that was
probably overkill. :-) Why haven't I done it yet? Just pure laziness. Whenever
it goes open on RX, I just key the mic button a few times quickly, and it comes
back. LOL Sheesh, what some hams will put up with!
