This amplifier have been sold more than 20 units in Chinese market., NEVER
have this problem.

Take it easy Hsu before you have a stroke...
Yes, your friend may be a great guy - but band taps on a toroid will not hold
up in a high power amplifier... The induced flux in the unused turns will
saturate the core and overheat and burn it up... It has been tried by more
than one amp builder to save money and it has failed every time... Commander
used it on their top of the line HF2500DX, 3 hole, (I have two of them I will
sell you)and it is a disaster... There was a world class contest group that
bought 12 of these $5000 amps and all 12 of them have the 80/40 toroid burned
out...
If you are going to build a world class amp then do it right and use separate
toroids for each of the lower bands...
