[Amps] Oscilloscope Purchase

A little off topic, but I want to check the timing of my amp relays. I have 
been looking at purchasing a used scope for this and general repair on my 
equipment. I have been looking at a 2-channel, 100-200Mhz type. What would be a 
good model for this purpose?
