Looking on eBay and others I almost never see 3cx1200 but plenty of 8877
for $400 and 3cx3000 at realistic prices listed.

If my 3cx1200 tube dies I won't replace it...my daily amp is an lk500 for
that reason....tubes aren't crazy and easy to work on.
