What benefit do *you* derive from seeing *my* UBN report? It is a
wonderful tool to me to see my report, but of what use would *you*
use my UBN report?

Because the report is useful only to me. At "almost age 60", I still
can learn from my mistakes, and am happy to do so, but I am also vain
enough to not wish to have my "stupid mistakes" publicly displayed
when they would not be instructive to any other operator anyway.

Now you, and another prominent contester, suggest my attitude raises
"questions". I assume those would be "questions" about my honesty?
I have participated in CQWW for many years, perhaps even worked you
many times. Because of my location and station, I am not ever
likely to be "competitive", so I have never submitted a log. I
*would* however, if I knew I would get a private "critique" in the
form of a UBN report.

I am not "good" and I am not "tricky", so my UBN file may be very
full. What would *you* learn from *my* long UBN file? Other than
being nosey, what use is that to you? So you can point and say,
"look, Hans has a low score and many busted calls"?

While on the subject, perhaps IR4T will video tape all output meters
while saying "59 400" for duration of contest and publicly post that
video?

73, de Hans, K0HB
