I think you mean 59 300 Hans. Instant identification, just like CQ Zones:
300 = Italy, 400 = UK, 150 = Americans with TVI problems, 200 = UA0s
running old 2.5KW military transmitters, 5 = Chinese who don't understand
western numbers, and 001 = the guy who's mixed up with WPX weekend.
