200/hour for 24 and even 48 hours is possible and has been done... In the ARRL SSB 1990 from VP2E, we had 10,200 (unduped) QSOs (M/S) with a single TS440 / MLA2500, no second radio, paper logging, no packet... I suspect that with the Cyprus QTH and some new-fangled gadgets, the 200/hour average in IARU is doable.
