Hey Ron. I always send the other guys callsign when I S&P if there is any
doubt about who I am working or if there appears to be two stations on the
same frequency. It may get you another QSO later when that 2nd guy calls
you. If you don't send a callsign, the 2nd guy won't call you later
because he's already logged you.
