Not relevant? Of course it is relevant. I'm asking why ANY medium
(newspapers, radio, tv, your local weekly advertiser) should have to
verify legality of things before accepting the ad, especially when the
ad placer states they are legal.
More specifically, why should ebay be treated differently from any other
medium? That's the real question.
