If you honestly believe LoTW is "simple as it can be" then I don't know
what to say. LoTW could be MUCH simpler and still retain the high level of
security we all want.
LoTW is grossly over-compiles and needs to be fixed.
Do you still read your email using command-line Unix? Hey, it works! Don't
need no stinkin' programs with spell checkers, variable fonts, filters, and
little smiley faces. ;-)
It's called progress.
