Pileup station can move around, I think.
Maybe 10 minute rule apply also to the pileup station.

Multiplier station uses the 10 minute rule and works only new
multipliers.

Run and multi stations can transmit at any time, they are separate
stations in multi station/multi op environment.


..I would interprete the rules like that..

What say committee?
