You mean making all of the single operators who use packet
enter multi-operator categories, right?  This was the
way it was before "assisted".

Maybe that isn't what you meant. The unmanageable pileups tend
to be on the rarer multipliers or new stations on Sunday.
The logging programs automatically filter the incoming spots,
so increasing the number of spots won't help much.

At M/M's we're constantly tuning the bands and there aren't usually
a huge number of stations CQ'ing that haven't been spotted.
