It's interesting how negativism about one pointers is almost universal in the Northeast US and in Europe. The areas which would be most negatively affected by the one point rule. The is not much dissent from the CQWW stepchild areas of W0/W5/W7/W6. I wonder why. Would this equal the table a bit?
