I respectfully double disagree.
1. Not everyone uses writelog.
2. if the section is in the spot or in the data base, N1MM will flag it in
red
3. without the section (if its not in the data base) it is simply one of 40
or 50
current spots.
4. If I need say for instance SB (which was my last section this year) and
someone spots SB, then I will jump on it.
5. Without the SB it "might" be "SB" sb or it might be N6ZO in virginia
6.. There are already some data bases that provide ck and section. Those
sections listed in the data base typically list the section used in the
previous
years SS.
7. I frequently have to repeat my section and sometimes there are some
rather long pauses while the opr at the other end, looks at the
operating aid
for the list of W6 sections and can NOT FIND VA.
8. Woe be un to those who don't copy when I send VA as my section
press on regardless
