You knowingly submitted ineligible & possibly fradulent cards to the card
checkers to try and fool them?

You know what... never mind. I'm not rehashing the same responses... again.
The bottom line is that DXCC is the ARRL's award, & they make the rules.
You don't care for the rules, or for their high (and strict) standards?
Then don't participate. It's that simple.

Another reason why I have 300+ DXCC worked, and about 150 confirmed..I
DON'T
CARE for the way the ARRL looks upon DXCC as the holy grail. Yes, it
needs,
and deserves integrity, but, c'mon guys...common sense should prevail. In
the this day of computers, and decent home color printers, I can make a QSL
to
myself, with any accepted DXCC entity, and get it accepted. Just 2 weeks
ago,
I printed 4 QSL's from EQSL, and gave them to 3 DXCC checkers I know
locally.
I asked if there was anything wrong with the cards, and if they would sign
off on it being checked. ALL 3 SAW NO PROBLEM!!! Then, I told them they
were
printed from EQSL, and they said they could not accept it. Well, if I was
actually submitting them, they would have been in the book.

It's a big joke.

For one thing, because the ARRL has said they will not allow DXCC credit
when either log containing a claimed new DXCC credit has been made public
in this way
