I don't think that is necessary. In a one on one situation, I think it's
best if you were directly admonish the guy yourself. Tell him that asking
you to spot him is sufficient cause for him to be DQed. Hopefully, once he
hears it a few times, and no one spots him, he'll get the idea and stop
doing it.
