Charles, I tried to get a sponsor for a Pacific Rim Plaque for the CQ 160 in 2004 or 2005 but got no sponsor support. This was suggested by VK6VZ and a DU. I agree with N0AX that perhaps something more than a certificate might help. I did waive the low score rule to send certificates to Pacific Rim and even Southern South America. I got notes back in appreciation.
