It would seem more fair to move the RTTY roundup to the weekend of the SSB 
NAQP.  That is only moving 1 contest, instead of 3.  The NAQP stays with 
their traditional weekends. The ARRL decided that under certain 
circumstances (like this year) they don't want to stay with their 
traditional weekend, so they should have the burden on moving in such a way 
as to lead to the least conflicts.
