There are two different situations in passing mults:
Case 1: Big Gun is CQing, Rare One answers his CQ, Big Gun works him and
asks Rare One to QSY, Rare One says OK and QSYs. This is a very normal,
acceptable situation.
Case 2: Rare One is CQing, running a good pileup. Big Gun calls in,
breaks pileup, works Rare One, then asks Rare One to QSY to another band. IMHO
very rude.
I hope in this case Rare One tells Big Gun "Later In Day". The common CW
abbreviation for that is "LID".

(Actually there's also a third situation where one Rare One works another
Rare One asks for a QSY. That's not a problem).
