Glad to see that it looks like what happened with my order was just a fluke in
the system. I certainly didn't mean to bash the company - they make great
products. As I said, I've enjoyed the K-5 in my station for the last year and
don't see any reason to change. I was just a little disappointed in their
communication between customer and manufacturer.

I haven't had any issues with them. They respond, reply, ship as expected...
as long as I follow the prescribed path. I can sure mess things up tho,by going
