More accurately, that he didn't respond to it. Whether or not he
received it is unknown to us.

It appears at least one ham has some difficulty with English comprehension,
so I'd like to clarify: Nowhere does this post suggest Dmitry IGNORED
Randy's email. Just that it appears Dmitry didn't receive it.

I was initially troubled by what appears to have been a perversion of the

the initial attempts to contact UT5UGR.
That Randy apparently had trouble doing so certainly didn't help Dim. What was
seen as unwillingness to respond probably weighed in on the decision. Too bad,
because it certainly appears Dim would have had video of any problematic log
entries: it's not as though his videos end with him turning off the camera.
I'd guess the camera ran continuously.
There appears to be no evidence of wrongdoing in the posted videos, though one
can't entirely discount the possibility that's by design, either.
If there's a lesson here, it's this: use only your everyday email address as
the contact info on your log and find out the contest manager's email address
and whitelist it. You don't want to miss any emails about your log.
I just hope this hasn't soured the WW milk for Dim. He looks like a great op
and the competition would be diminished without him.

Why are some operators allowed to be supermans and other not?
It will be interesting to see analysis of CC according to TO7A log!
I saw, not only in ham radio contesting many YL or OM they just doing great
and moving borders
always far away from what we are thinking it´s possible!
I don¹t protect anyone or blaming CC for their decisions, but as we know
there numbers of
of wrong jury decision even in professional sports. Sometimes they
penalized, sometimes
they not seeing failures....that´s life!
If someone is different or better it doesn´t mean he is cheating ....of
course it can be,
but before you make your own decision about it, maybe consider more things
even if CC did made already DQ!
It´s was pleasure to lsn that TO7A recording Peter send to reflector!
Can you do it like that or better?!
I doesn´t mean that Dimitry didn¹t take some advantage of some assistance...
maybe or maybe not .....it´s not my job to judge about it!
I just can have my own opinion based on real facts which I don¹t have!

Steve,
Believable or not is really, really strong argument...
Your rates compare to those of mine are unbelievable.
And there is one guy who says that my rates compare to his are hard to
believe.

Quit bellyaching. Download and study Dimitry's log yourself. Draw your own
conclusions.
Are his rates believable ?
