Hi Bob,

I'm assuming this means during the contest period. Outside of the contest
time, anything goes.

And I'm guessing they just have to spell out that a separate individual
can't stand there and tune your linear up for you or adjust an antenna
tuner to optimize your time or effort during the contest. I would also
think that would be covered by "One person performs all transmitting,
receiving, and logging functions" but I guess you never know what some
people may do to circumvent the rules if not specifically spelled out.
