Choose the one which provides you the most *operating fun*.
Coming from the IC706, in fact any of these 3 is a step up.
If, and only if, you will grow in DX/Contest abilities during the next
5yrs AND have built the antenna farm for that, you will be ready to move
another step up.
For now, pick the one you like most.
