How about having this new breed of "OO's" whatever they are called monitor some contests.

OR have an e mail where people can e mail them with reports to alert them to a bad signal.

That is a great idea!
Not quite. When someone is clicking or splattering, I don't want to give them 
the advantage of a spot, so I spot them to a frequency where I hear their 
clicks or splatter.
