The communications are dependent of Amateur Radio. How can we tell? Simple,
if the ionosphere does not support the communications on the Amateur Bands,
see how many contacts you will have. Even with Starlink, there will be zero
QSOs. So where is the dependency?
I will be operating remotely from KP4. So this will be like having 175km
long paddles and beadphones cables.
