[ct-user] CT sensing/polling the radio

I am working on stabilizing the configuration for Field Day. The problem
of the moment is that CT controls the radio but does not sense it - i.e.
when you change the band on CT the radio tracks the change but when you
change the band on the radio CT does not track.

The radio is TS-850. The OS is either DOS or W/95, same symptom in both
cases.

Any suggestions?
