Info I just sent to some else:
1. Install Configure:
http://www.demarctech.com/products/turbocell/turbocell-download.html and
run it
2. Hook up the AP-1000 and put into reload mode
3. In Configure: File Open Config File > File Types > select BIN and to
open the firmware file
4. A import license key window will pop-up, click import and select the
correct license key for the AP-1000. You can verify this once the key is
imported. Click OK
5. File > Upload Software, do a scan and find AP change IP to local IP
address if necessary, Click OK
Unit should reboot, do a File open > remote config and you should be
able to get into the AP-1000!

I don't see any way to upload the .bin file to the AP. There is no
option to "Upload Software" until after you Open the Remote Config.
