You are kidding right? Your prices are inflated almost as much as the most
expensive vendor I have found. That is why I do not buy from you any
longer. And as for value, who needs assistance with the RG-1100 anyway?
The only thing we need help with is the software. Karlnet's documentation
is so bad that we have to rely on you for that but we are paying extra for
the software so the support we get is based on the price of the software,
not the hardware. I am satisfied with the software support I have received
from you though.

Also, you are wrong about your hardware support too. Your products come in
bulk packaging with little to no extra support materials that come in the
retail packaging. Your return policy is terrible and I can buy the retail
product for much cheaper and get much better return/warranty support.

prices? I've got some of the best pricing around...and unlike CDW, Tech
Data, or any of those PriceGrabber shops...we add value - are any of them on
the list, helping you guys out?

and to make things even worse, I get ISPs who buy RG's off of Ebay, and try
to RMA them through me...
