yes to everything, except that the KarlNet boards are G series licenses

so SR-4200 = SG-4200

Subject: [Karlnet] SR-4200

I have a need for four wireless interfaces at a WIPOP (expanding from the
existing two). One is going to be used for PtP backhaul, two for PtMP, and
one for further expansion. I was considering using the flashrom and a MB,
but it seems that only three wireless interfaces are possible in that
configuration. So, I'm wondering if I can hook a WPBASE+ to the existing
AP-1000, and perhaps run SR-4200 on it. Thus two wireless interfaces on
the AP-1000, and two on the WPBASE+.

Seems to me that SR-4200 supported two wireless interfaces (in addition to
an Ethernet port), but I'm not sure if this is true.

I'm also wondering if it would be better to run SR-4200 on the existing
AP-1000 and use the WPBASE+ for the PtMP using the base software. Which
brings up the question, is it possible to shift the base license from the
AP-1000 to a WPBASE+?

Norm
