How are you powering the unit? We did an install last week with a kn100
board and POE.  With the old radio(AB) it showed an ethernet link and 
would pass data, and the new radio(kn100) would also show a link, but
not pass data. Went from a 12v to 15v power supply and solved the
problem. This was on  35ft of Cat5 for reference.
