[NA-User] Stupid Question?

Hi,

Sorry for the bandwidth, but I am in Japan without my manual and I need to
email my NAQP CW log in a couple of days.  I am using NA version 10.53.  I
believe they want Cabrillo format, but I'm not sure how to produce this.  I
chose the "write log" option when exiting and it wrote out nine files: 
adf, brk, dup, log, 1st, mul, prn, qdf and sum.  I know what all of these
are except for adf and 1st. 

Is one of these files the "Cabrillo" file?
