One of my little gripes about the Orion controls is the proportionality
and scaling of some of them.

You shouldn't have to run at 2% for VOX.  The next steps are 1% or 3%,
which is pretty coarse resolution!.  

The one that really bugs me is trying to set the AGC threshold to
minimum value, 0.37 uv.  (The setting now recommended.) You have to
turn and turn and turn that encoder!  If you accidentally push the
encoder button, it goes back to 3.03 uv, and you get to start all over
again...

Using software, it's one click, once you write the code. An alternative
would be to rig an adapter to work with my electric screwdriver...
