It's very loud here in western WV. Up to s-8. I don't have near the antemma
system that Pete, N4ZR has in the WV panhandle, but this thing is wierd.|
It peaks at different locations from time to time. Sometimes it peaks to the NW and others
to the NE. If you listen on AM, I can almost hear audio way down in the rumble.
Just listened again...maybe 3 minutes later, and it's down to s3-4,
Hmmm. But it is 28 Mhz and skewed paths do happen there.

I hear it also at 28.635. Signal peaks to the Northwest from me in Twin Cities of Minnesota. Did somebody come out with a new gadget? It's a very strong signal peaking at around S8. It sounds and acts like a local. Perhaps a computer.
