My Samsung shack TV did that when I first installed it. I found some metal on
the back of the TV and run a wire to my station ground from the TV, I also
added #31 mix to all the wires going to the TV. My TV behaves like it should
now while running full power 1500 w. on all bands except 160 as I don't have
any antennas for 160.
