It's about time. This horse has been out of the barn for at least ten 
years in the form of switch mode power supplies for low voltage 
lighting. IMO, ARRL has been asleep at the switch on this issue, 
devoting their energy to BPL and 1960s attitude approach to TVI, but 
ignoring this set of even more problematic gorillas.
