To clarify, the
http://rsgb.org/main/files/2014/02/QST20Solar20April2020165b25d.pdf article
does say that the components are manufactured by SolarEdge.
I talked to the Chief Technical Officer at SolarEdge in Israel, Ilan Yoscovich,
about one year ago and he was very familiar with that QST article.
As Mike NA6MB mentions, I have been accused by SolarEdge of creating trouble
for them by helping radio amateurs identify RFI caused by their systems. They
have also told me that almost all of the RFI complaints come from San Diego. I
don’t buy it. This is not the only city with both radio amateurs and SolarEdge
brand solar power systems.
Complain to SolarEdge.
Complain to the ARRL.
Complain to the FCC.
Help your fellow hams identify sources of RFI. FCC rules require the operators
of RFI generating equipment to correct it at their expense. We will lose the
HF bands if we don’t speak up.

There is a good QST article here:
APR 2016 - QST (PG. 33)
Can Home Solar Power and Ham Radio Coexist?
(Feature)
Author: Brock-Fisher, Tony, K1KP
and here:

He does not name the manufacturer, only the installer.
We have a local ham KQ6RS Randy who has had several of these installed in is
neighborhood.
Randy is a retired Qualcomm antenna engineer and has lots of experience and
test gear to find and characterize the interference.
The company (manufacturer of the system) causing most interference locally is
Solar Edge (SE).
Several local installers have installed noisy SE systems.
Randy has given several talks about his problem and solutions.
He has worked with SE to explain why it is interfering.
There is a new system about to be released "soon".
That does not solve the currently installed systems nor the systems installers
have in stock ready to install.
The problem, as stated in the article, is that they use boosters on each panel
and configure the wiring in a loop.
The company has been cooperative by directing the installers to install toroids
and change the wiring to NOT make a loop.
This helps a great deal.
For some reason (expense I suppose) they don't want to change the recommended
installation method.
They have fixed several locally but have recently complained about Randy giving
his talk and "drumming up complaints".
ARRL RFI office has also helped.

Subject: [RFI] Solar Panel Manufacture Schedules Fix For Solar Panel RFI
All:
Solar Edge, the manufacturer of solar panel systems, has informed me that
they will be installing RFI suppression on a neighbors installation to stop
the RFI affecting my station. The job will take place on May 29th, weather
permitting.
The companies field engineer assured me that the fix will work as he's done
many in the past. My neighbor has given me permission to access his home so
I can monitor the process. I'll share what information I gather with the
group once the job is done.
For those who may be having similar issues with Solar Edge systems, contact
Tefford Reed at: Tefford.Reed@solaredge.com <mailto:Tefford.Reed@solaredge.com>
or Tom Simpson at:
Tom.Simpson@solaredge.com <mailto:Tom.Simpson@solaredge.com>
I filed a complaint with Solar Edge in August of 2016 so this fix has been a
long time coming.
