Brad,

Did you happen to get the mfg name of those lights.  What kind of LED lights 
are they, spot lights or string of lights.

Agree wholeheartedly !!  I'm a Life Member for over 40yrs and certainly 
received 1000 times more than I paid !!  Not sure what happened but I did 
solicit help and got some but it sort of fell off the edge of the earth.  The 
FCC informal complaint process was all I had left.

Absolutely correct-- however a new person should feel he/she has a resource in 
the ARRL as well, then they can, and should join!
