Smaller numbers are the real SCC RTTY multipliers! The lowest one of =
1924 has Yekaterinburg Popov radioclub RK9C(WA),
my memory also holds G5LP and W2JGR/0 with 1935. Even my 1962 is rare =
in EU but not on RTTY WW.

I've always taken that to mean the year the station being operated was =
first
  licensed.
But as there is no mention of a points deduction for an error here, =
what
difference does it make as long as you always send the same year?
