Among other things, AA5AU said: "Perhaps
come up with a point system like NASCAR or Formula 1 racing"

In all of the F1 and NASCAR races that I have witnessed, "never have I seen
a driver use more that ONE (1) car at a time"?  Therefore, the "rating"
system that is suggested, is "flawed" before it gets started, just as the
"entry category" system in contesting is "flawed"!
