Hi Dick,

I've seen cases where sound card IDs change either as Windows defaults or in
software when unrelated programs are installed, updated or even just opened.
So I think the following would be a worth while check, especially if you
have more than one sound card in your computer. I would be a good idea to
see if your software is pointing to the right sound card. Check the
following:

1) With MTTY version v166G go to "Options" menu, then "Setup MMTTY", then
the "SoundCard" tab and make sure your sound card radio button is selected
in both Reception and Transmission.

2) With MMTTY V165B go to "Options" menu, then "Setup MMTTY", then the
"Misc" tab look at the "Device ID" on the left center part of the window.
The default should be -1. If it is as -1 (which is not working) change it
to 0 and click the OK button and see if that works. If it doesn't try 1 in
that setting. If that doesn't work try 2 and then 3.

Good luck and Merry Christmas!
