That section of the band is normally for QSOs with Europe. The ARRL band
plan suggests 1800-1810 for digital modes, although JT65 is often done at
1838 with an alternative of 1805. See  http://hflink.com/jt65/

I have only 114 160 meter RTTY QSOs in the log and all but three are on or
near 1808.
