 The Steppir does have moving parts, but the 2 element is extremely low profile 
and Imanaged to get permission for it through a very conservative HOA, mainly 
by showinglots of pictures of it to them, and having an artist draw an image of 
what the beamwould look like after installed at my QTH.
The 2 element does have good gain and f/b
