Hello Mark,
If all messages came through like yours - with the sender's Email
address - then it would be a simple matter of clicking on that, in order to
reply personally, rather than using the reply buttons. Problem is that not
all messages have those Email links included. It is always possible to view
the message properties and get the sender's Email address but THAT requires
effort! :-(
