Now that I have my Mike sorted from my Mark...sorry about that.
You also asked about the WARC capability. My understanding is that
the first two generations of OMNI - the OMNI "Nothing" and the OMNI B
- were not suitable for the WARC bands because the IF scheme produced
some heavy-duty out of band spurs.
This was corrected in Series C with a fairly extensive redesign,, so
unless you want to get a nastygram from our friend Mr. Hollingsworth,
don't even think about using a first or second generation OMNI on
WARC.
That's what I have heard, anyway!
