I just read the ARRL's BPL NPRM response. I encourage you all to read
it, and then consider whether you want to be a dues paying ARRL member
or a freeloader. Regardless of the other issues (code testing and public
exam answers for example) the BPL issue is a live or die issue for HF
and low VHF Amateur Radio operations. If you cannot bring yourself to
help the ARRL monetarily with the cost of producing this NPRM response,
then at least help Amateur Radio by writing your elected government
representatives to tell them about the RF polution that BPL can cause.
