My Paragon and my Paragon II both will transmit and receive on that frequency. Of course since the US ham band is 7.0 to 7.3 MHz I dare not try it except on a dummy load. -:)

There is also the TT  SDR (Software Defined Radios) on 7.51 Khz at 6 PM
Eastern.

Wow! The 40 km band. What TT rigs work there?
