No experience with the pulser. I have looked at my Omni VI (version 3) 
keying envelope with my Tektronix 466 storage scope while sending a 
string of dits from a Logikeyer K-3, with no weighting added, at about 
20 WPM and the dits appear close to 50% duty cycle. I'll try it at 40 
WPM and get back to you. And I'll take a look at the Bird 43 too. If the 
keying is good up to 30 WPM it will be good enough for my style of 
operation, so far.
