Phil,
I understand your point.
But, if I were to mess up again somehow, then I'd not have any more
replacement grippers to switch.
I suppose I could buy a spare socket.
But I'm not sure if or where those are available either, nor am I sure that
the gripper design has remained unchanged over time.
